Carrot

It is a two-year culture plant whose roots are eaten as vegetables. The Havutun homeland is Central Europe. It is wild in Europe, North Africa and Asia. Even if it is encountered in our country, it is not in the culture charcoal. The plant is 1 to 5 m in length, with little branches, split leaves. The flowers are gathered in the small, whitish-colored umbrella that opens in summer.
In the favorable soil, the main root can go down to a depth of one meter. The fleshy roots in the form of a carrot pile produced culture kelimes. The windshield is a light yellow-orange outer shell part. The root fruites are of various shapes and sizes due to their different species. The inner parts of the dark yellowish gulf are made of parenchymatic cells, corresponding to the wood texture.
